  • All packages are shipped 1st class or Priority Mail.
  • Please allow 5 - 10 business days for your package to ship unless otherwise specified. Some items are ready to ship right away while others are made to order and need a little extra time to be created just right for you. :)
  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is on the way. 
  • Your package will be shipped to the address that's on your purchase receipt. If you need to change your address, please contact us RIGHT AWAY at contactjennilovette@gmail.com with the correct one. Once I ship the package, I cannot control the destination.
  • I'm aware that sometimes packages are lost or damaged during transit. I try my best to secure your packages for smooth travel. It's not possible for me to be responsible for lost or damaged items. If you do happen to receive an item that is damaged, please contact us RIGHT AWAY at contactjennilovette@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage. You have 5 days after the delivery to contact us.
  • *PLEASE NOTE* You may see glue or other residue from time to time but all pieces are safe and made with love. Please be aware that all items are 100% handmade and small imperfections like these are not damage.
